• Any chargebacks will incur a 30% fee to cover payment processor costs. If chargebacks proceed to arbitration, the customer assumes full financial responsibility.
• All transactions are final, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

• The Company is not liable for errors in product descriptions, website content, or service offerings.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access and are not responsible for downtime due to maintenance, cyberattacks, or other technical issues.
• Customers assume all risks associated with firearm handling, training, and product use.

• Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Customers must report manufacturer defects within 7 days of receipt for replacement or refund consideration.
